The Hudson Coffee Outlet International Lounge Level 2 and the Check-in Concourse Bar will be part of the new Perth International Terminal, which is currently under construction.

The aim of the building services team will be to help create a high quality, customer-focused environment.

Emirates Leisure Retail Australia (ELRA), a wholly owned subsidiary of the high profile Emirates Group, is excited to extend its store presence at Perth Airport, further reinforcing the strong relationship with the Perth Airport team and demonstration to delivering quality retail experiences: “We are pleased to be working with Meinhardt as the commissioned engineer for the two new ELRA projects given their reputation for `engineering’ excellence and superior retail delivery.”

Meinhardt has recently been involved in the redevelopment of retails areas and the upgrade of the base building services for Qantas Airways at Perth Airport.  The team has also provided building services consultancy services for various other tenancies fit-outs at the airport, including NewsLink, Victoria Secret and Tech2go.

The delivery of the Hudson Coffee project is due November 2015 and the Concourse Bar in November 2016.
