Dave Race joins as Sector Leader – Aviation (Aus) and Anthony Donald as Director – Aviation.

Dave is a career aviation professional with more than 35 years’ experience in the industry, with particular expertise in airport and aircraft facilities planning, operations and infrastructure. He is highly experienced in negotiating with all levels of management in airlines, airports, regulatory authorities and government agencies.

Dave is well known for his hands on approach and strategic thinking in achieving outcomes that drive both commercial and technical solutions and deliver exceptional results for his clients. He is also a qualified commercial pilot.

Anthony has over 20 years of experience in the Infrastructure Asset Management and Project Delivery environment, including 10 years of Asset management experience within local government, 6 years in senior Project Delivery roles at Melbourne Airport, and 5 years in a Senior Executive Management role at the Port of Melbourne where he led the delivery of infrastructure for the $1.6 billion Webb Dock expansion.

Anthony was the Client Project Director for Melbourne Airports International Terminal Expansion (T2E) and Airfield Pavement and Lighting Upgrade (circa $400m) and has successfully delivered over 100 projects at Melbourne Airport. Anthony and Dave worked together to deliver numerous airfield pavement and apron upgrade projects and Melbourne Airports Cat III capability which incorporated a substantial upgrade to lighting infrastructure and a new Airfield lighting control system for Air Services Australia.

Dave and Anthony join Roy Ng who is the Director – Aviation in the Sydney office. Roy has over 40 years’ experience in engineering consultancy and has led critical aviation infrastructure projects. Together the team has a detailed working knowledge of ICAO, CASA MOS and other relevant Australian standards.
