The development is sited on approximately 77 hectares and incorporates 150 residential allotments within the golf course. Meinhardt took a holistic approach to delivery to ensure the most effective outcome for the client. Taking full control of the construction management, we prepared the stormwater management strategy for the site to take into account the numerous environmental issues, successfully implemented Water Sensitive Urban Design initiatives and ultimately secured all the relevant authority approvals.
