The service station facility is located on the northern part of the site and is situated 6 metres below the level of Epping Road. The existing improvements comprise of a single storey brick building which features a retail shop, amenities and McDonalds restaurant with drive through facility.

A separate dual carwash facility is located on the western side of the service station precinct.  The remainder of the site is largely covered by bushland.

An undercover forecourt canopy arrangement covers fifteen fuel dispenser islands and is located to the east of the retail shop building. The site contains twelve underground fuel storage tanks with a total capacity of 278,000 litres, coupled with two exchange cylinders.
