Our creative and practical approach helped provide significant savings to the client during construction.

Initiatives implemented that helped achieve this success include regular site attendance, diligent analysis of work processes, nomination of preferred sub-contractors and significant reduction in the export of general solid waste by creative management and reuse where appropriate on site.

We were initially engaged to review the master plan of the 19ha, 800 dwelling site and undertake engineering DA and Detail Design for road, drainage and infrastructure works including a major intersection with Victoria Road, a pedestrian bridge over Victoria Road and a stormwater retention basin. In addition, we were responsible for co-ordinating the delivery of utility services to the site including lead-in and amplification works.

Due to the success of our work during this civil design stage, our scope was widened to include a project management & superintendent role for all civil works & services infrastructure.
