The site is relatively small, with dimensions of 55 metres by 50 metres. One of the main structural challenges associated with this slender building has been to produce a structure with enough structural stiffness to mitigate building movement without compromising the building’s amenity and while maximising the saleable area. This ensures the greatest return on the developer’s investment.
