Bolinda Road Landfill Site Master Plan
Meinhardt were appointed to lead the preparation of a master plan for the former landfill site on Bolinda Road in Campbellfield. The former landfill site is located approximately 13km north of Melbourne and the study area measures approximately 36 hectares.
Council’s vision was to create a waste management precinct at this location, to maximise resource recovery from locally generated waste streams from residents and commercial and industrial activity. The aim of this master plan was to identify opportunities for a range of uses including commercial and industrial developments, passive recreation and waste management and resource recovery operations.
