The adoption of the BIM process enabled the team to reduce the number of RFIs – there were less than 20 throughout the whole programme; reduced the turnaround time on RFIs by more than half; provided an accurate and efficient solution for a complex structure, which included a transfer on every floor; ensured cost certainty and exceed what was a tight programme; and, finally, ensured accurate representation of a buildable solution with the quality outcome expected of a boutique apartment.
