Meinhardt is responding to the market by providing superior design solutions for tight sites that require complete multi-disciplinary coordination and design.

The Haig is a 117 townhouse urban regeneration project on a site that was a former school site. The development has the usual engineering challenges of infill projects but also some additional site specific issued such as tree retention, tie in to existing road networks and management of site topographical fall.
