Made possible through the Property Council of Australia, attendees included Lino Iacomella, Acting Executive Director of PCA (SA), Chief Executives, managers and key decision makers from aged care organisations. Organisations represented included Eldercare, Masonic Homes, Lifecare, Premier Healthcare, Living Choice and Anglicare.

The strictly limited invitation list meant attendees had direct access to ask questions to the Minister.

Discussions during the lunch included the changing funding models for Aged care/Retirement living, streamlining the planning approval process and and higher density/vertical aged care developments.

Meinhardt was represented by Daniel Moore, Associate – Building Services (pictured far left). Daniel has been Project Manager for many recent aged care developments, including a masterplan study for Lifecare’s $180m capital works program.
