Land Development Team Recognised At The UDIA 2014 Awards
The Sunland Chancellor Residences project has scooped the UDIA 2014 Medium Density Development award, with Meinhardt’s Land Development team providing civil and environmental engineering services.
For the 1.847 hectare development, they collaborated with Melbourne Water and Parks Victoria on complex sewer/water and stormwater drainage requirements.
The site also features boulder retaining walls, which is the first of its kind to be used by Sunland in Victoria.
Chancellor Residences was officially launched in the market in November 2012 and was completed in May 2014. The development was delivered on time and within budget, with all 58 homes sold prior to the project’s completion.
A great way to finish 2014 for the team! You can read more about the award here.
