Meinhardt is looking at growing our team of Engineers in Victoria and we are currently on the lookout for:
-Structural Engineers,
-Senior Structural Engineers
-Associate Structural Engineers
These roles will focus on the delivery of engineering services including the provision of input to the preparation of proposals, feasibilities, and reports.

Key Responsibilities
-Design, documentation and delivery of a number of highly technical projects.
-Ensuring all necessary quality administration procedures are carried out to achieve efficient operations and prompt delivery of projects.
-Assist in the preparation of project feasibilities, servicing strategy plans and master plans.
-Assist with preparation and coordination of tender submissions, and project proposals.
-Provide high quality client service delivery in accordance with Meinhardt quality standards.
-Report to senior staff and monitor performance of projects against agreed fees/budgets.
-Liaise with other staff, project teams, stakeholders and assist in maintaining client relationships.

Skills & Experience
In addition to the duties outlined above the candidate should be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Our ideal candidate would also have:
-Proven exposure to the property & building industry (3 – 15 years’ experience).
-Proficiency in Ram Concept, RAPT, post-tension design, and the computer analysis program, SpaceGass.
-Experience inspecting structural works on site
-Bachelor Degree in a related discipline.
-Knowledge and understanding of AutoCAD and Revit.
-Experience inspecting structural works on site.
-Australian driver’s licence.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Comfortable dealing with clients one-on-one.
